Machining Capability

Harry Warren Construction are able to offer an extensive machining capability, which includes a new Heid S300 Magdeburg turning centre. This is commonly setup for pump shafts from 300mm to 1600mm (maximum length). Its capabilities include a 5.5-inch diameter steady, a 40-inch diameter spindle, and a 12-inch chuck.

As you can see, we have a wide range of machining capabilities within our workshops. We also have a full Belzona cost-effective repair service, that enables us to take extensively worn or damaged equipment and repair it to an ‘as new’ condition.
