Harry Warren Construction are conversant with all sizes and types of pipework installations, from 1/8” stainless steel capillary tube to 78” main cooling water lines in power stations. We have our own off-site facilities for pre-fabrication work, testing, and painting. We are also well equipped for on-site contracts, where our safety record is first rate. Before commencing on site, we produce a Safety Method Statement, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments.

Our welders are coded to ASME9 6G Lloyd’s Class I in all types of welding process. If a client requires something “extra special” , then our welders are always prepared to test out. We also have procedures in place, to weld map installations, undertake non-destructive testing (NDT) and to pressure test. All our materials have full certification.

One thing we at HWC pride ourselves on is instrumentation pipework; from it’s design to it’s installation. Many of our clients have been heard to say “It looks like it grew there”. We have our own bending equipment, and many of the most popular sizes of stainless steel twin ferrule fittings in stock. We use mostly Swagelok fittings, due to their impeccable standards. We are, however, prepared to use any type our customers specify.
